Bowker Motor Group has expanded its apprenticeship programme and now has 20 trainees on its books.
The milestone celebration coincides with Nationwide Apprenticeship Week 2025, working from tenth to sixteenth February. T
The week highlights the function of apprenticeships in equipping people with important expertise and supporting enterprise progress. The theme, ‘Skills for Life’, underlines the long-term advantages of vocational coaching for each apprentices and employers.
Bowker Motor Group’s BMW service supervisor, Stewart Rose, who himself began as an apprentice over 30 years in the past, mentioned: “We’re proud to spend money on the subsequent era of automotive professionals.
“Apprenticeships offer young people an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning qualifications, and it’s great to see so many apprentices thriving across our business.”
Alfie Ball, a Components apprentice at Bowker BMW in Preston, mentioned: “The apprenticeship has been a brilliant experience so far. Learning on the job with a supportive team has really helped me grow in confidence, and I’m excited about the opportunities ahead.”
Bowker is ranked 56 within the Motor Dealer High 200 Vendor Teams with annual turnover of £284.3m.
It represents manufacturers together with BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad, Porsche and INEOS Grenadier, with Centres in Preston, Blackburn and Bolton.
