Paul Bentley, former group operations director for Lookers is becoming a member of the Nationwide Franchised Sellers Affiliation (NFDA) to help sellers in the course of the present motor finance upgheaval.
Bentley was a “key stakeholder” at Lookers when it was being investigated by the Monetary Conduct Authority over breaches within the sale of motor finance.
“I’m delighted to announce that Paul Bentley, former group operations director for Lookers might be becoming a member of the NFDA to assist navigate the present F & I challenges.
“Paul’s extensive experience, specifically in F&I, will ensure that we have the necessary skills and knowledge within the team to support the dealer network” mentioned NFDA CEO Sue Robinson.
“Paul was a pure selection to hitch the workforce as he was a key stakeholder within the planning and supply of the Lookers transformation in the course of the FCA investigation, which concluded in March 2021.
“This distinctive expertise means he’s ideally positioned to help the NFDA and its seller members in delivering effectively knowledgeable and balanced planning to cope with the challenges forward.
