JLR has made new appointments to its Government Management Staff to help the following part of its improvement and transformation.
With impact from 21 October 2024, Steve Marsh is appointed government director, car programmes, reporting to JLR CEO, Adrian Mardell. Swarna Ramanathan is appointed chief technique officer and John Beswick has been appointed chief transformation and efficiency officer, efficient 4 November.
Mardell stated: “The transformation of the automotive sector is the best change in our trade in a century.
“Ensuring we have the right leaders, with the qualities and experience to deliver our modern luxury vision in the near-, medium- and long-term will ensure JLR’s future health and prosperity. I offer my warmest congratulations to Steve, Swarna and John on their appointments.”
Marsh is at the moment director, international manufacturing operations, JLR.
Ramanathan joins JLR from McKinsey & Firm the place she is a Associate and chief in McKinsey’s Centre for Future Mobility. Andrea Debbane will proceed in her function as Chief Sustainability Officer, relinquishing her interim tasks for Technique, and reporting to Mardell.
Beswick joins JLR from Nice Ormond Avenue Hospital the place he’s chief monetary officer.
