Steer Automotive Group has acquired React Accident Restore Group’s two bodyshops buying and selling as Paint & Bodyshop Hull and React Accident Restore Scunthorpe.
The acquisition features a management transition, with Barry Whittles and Chris Elton, exiting the enterprise post-acquisition.
John Pattinson, Managing Director of React, will proceed to guide the websites, guaranteeing stability and consistency for purchasers.
The addition of those websites strengthens Steer’s footprint in East England, enhancing service entry for native communities.
