The group behind The Mix has raised £15,000 for {industry} charity Ben. The Mix is for auto aftermarket representatives, storage homeowners and key members of employees from everywhere in the UK and Eire.
The funds had been gathered by way of initiatives, together with a charity hike, particular person contributions, and proceeds from The Mix’s 2024 annual convention.
Alex Lindley, Director of Storage Hive, stated: “We need to lengthen an enormous thanks to everybody who took half within the hike and to those that generously donated.
“It means so much to see the community come together for such a worthy cause. And, for once, we had decent weather – something of a rarity for a Blend hike. It made the day even more enjoyable and memorable for all involved.”
The Mix Charity Hike, held on 25 September within the Peak District Nationwide Park, noticed 30 deal with a difficult route which encompassed the Derwent Edge and Ladybower Reservoir.
The non-profit Mix annual convention was held in Birmingham on 28 September. Dean Lomas of DC Lomas and Matt Jeffreys of St John’s Storage and RPM Malvern hosted a clothes public sale which featured two bespoke t-shirts and one among Tim Benson’s now industry-renowned shirts, from Oldfields Storage.
